A. It shall be unlawful to engage in business in the city as a building contractor doing work requiring a permit under the building provisions of this code without first having registered as a building contractor as herein provided.
B. The registration of all contractors performing work for which a building permit is required is a condition of any such building permit. Registrations shall be valid for a period of one year.
C. The annual fee for such registration shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 0-09-06, 3-2-2009)
