2-6D-5: SUSPENSION, REVOCATION OF LICENSE, FINES, COSTS:
   A.   The fine imposed shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00) for the first violation and five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each subsequent violation.
   B.   Any licensee who requests a hearing on a violation of this article, and for which the mayor upholds the finding of a violation, shall pay to the city the costs of the hearing on such violation. The mayor shall determine the costs incurred by the city for said hearing, including, but not limited to: court reporter fees, the cost of transcripts or records, attorney fees, the cost of preparing and mailing notices and orders, and all other miscellaneous expenses incurred by the city. These costs shall be in addition to any fine assessed against the licensee.
   C.   The licensee shall pay said costs to the city within thirty (30) days of notification of the costs by the mayor. Failure to pay said costs within thirty (30) days of notification shall be cause for immediate revocation of the license. No hearing as set forth in this article shall be necessary for revocation for failure to pay hearing costs. (Ord. 0-02-04, 3-18-2002, eff. 3-28-2002)
