2-5-10: PENALTY:

Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00); and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day an offense occurs or continues. (Ord. 0-98-61, 12-21-1998, eff. 12-31-1998)
