A. License Required: No person shall operate, maintain or conduct a billiard, pool or bagatelle or pigeon hole table open to the public without having first obtained a license therefor as is herein required. All applications for such licenses shall be in accordance with the general regulations of the city relating thereto. The application shall also state the number of tables to be used therein.
B. Fees: The annual fee for such license shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00) for the first table, and an additional fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each additional table. (Ord. 0-77-24, 11-7-1977)
