The local liquor control commissioner, in his discretion, may impose against a licensee found to have violated any provision of this chapter, the costs incurred by the city in any hearing before the local liquor control commissioner including, but not limited to, court reporter fees, and attorney fees for the local liquor control commissioner's counsel.
