2-1-3: CONTENTS OF LICENSE:
   A.   Forms: Forms for all licenses and permits shall be kept on file by the city clerk.
   B.   Signatures: Each license or permit issued shall bear the signature of the mayor and city clerk in the absence of any provision to the contrary. (Ord. 0-77-12, 5-2-1977)
