Licensees shall pay compensation for use of the public right of ways according to the following scale:
A. Fifty cents ($0.50) per linear foot for each inch in diameter of aerial transmission lines.
B. Sixty one cents ($0.61) per linear foot for underground transmission lines or conduit of four inches (4") or less in diameter.
C. One dollar ($1.00) per linear foot for underground transmission lines or conduit over four inches (4"), but less than eight inches (8") in diameter.
D. One dollar fifty cents ($1.50) per linear foot for underground transmission lines or conduits over eight inches (8") in diameter.
This fee will be adjusted in five (5) year intervals, based upon the cumulative changes in the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners in the Chicago region. (Ord. 0-96-78, 10-21-1996, eff. 10-31-1996)
