A. Any applicant for a license or franchise pursuant to Chapters 3 and 4 of this Title shall pay a fee of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) or two percent (2%) of the estimated cost of the applicant's proposed telecommunications facilities, as certified by a professional engineer, whichever is greater.
B. The application and review fee shall be deposited with the City as part of the application filed pursuant to this Chapter.
C. An applicant whose license or franchise application has been finally withdrawn, abandoned or denied shall, within sixty (60) days of its written request, be refunded the balance of its deposit under this Section, less:
1. One thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00); and
2. All ascertainable costs and expenses incurred by the City in connection with the application. (Ord. 0-96-78, 10-21-1996, eff. 10-31-1996)
