11-1-11: NONEXCLUSIVE GRANT:
No license or franchise granted under this Title shall confer any exclusive right, privilege, license or franchise to occupy or use the public right of ways of the City for the delivery of telecommunications or cable service or any other purposes. (Ord. 0-96-78, 10-21-1996, eff. 10-31-1996)
