Grantee shall, at all times, comply with laws, rules, codes, and regulations of all governmental authorities, regardless of whether such law, code, rule or regulation is expressly referenced in this Title.
A. Grantee shall at all times comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, resolutions, codes, rules, and regulations of the City and all applicable memoranda and other directives of the City, as such laws, ordinances, resolutions, codes, rules, regulations, memoranda and directives may be modified or amended, provided that such modification or amendment does not impair, conflict with, or diminish the rights granted under this Title.
B. This Title shall not take the place of any license, permit or approval that is, or may in the future, be required to be secured by a telecommunications provider from any governmental authority or person.
C. Franchises for the provision of cable service shall be in accordance with the Cable Act, the Illinois Municipal Code, and this Code.
D. All Federal, State, and local laws as well as rules and regulations of the FCC the ICC and any other governmental authority charged with the regulation of telecommunications shall be in full force and effect.
E. All door-to-door salespersons will be registered with the City. Door-to-door sales will be conducted in compliance with all Federal, State and local laws, including solicitation ordinances. (Ord. 0-96-78, 10-21-1996, eff. 10-31-1996)
