Any person violating any provision of this title shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. This penalty provision shall apply to all provisions of this title except such provisions and sections wherein specific penalties provided. (Ord. 0-77-17, 6-7-1977; amd.
