A. The city council hereby finds that the facts and statements contained in the preamble to ordinance 0-90-22 1 are true and correct.
B. The city council hereby agrees to enter into an agreement with the Wimbledon Lakes Estates Homeowners' Association for enforcing the city codes and ordinances on the complex, a copy of said agreement being attached to ordinance 0-90-22 2 as exhibit B.
C. Any person violating any provision of this section shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00), nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
