It shall be unlawful to permit any vehicle to stand or park on that part at the condominium complex parking area depicted on exhibit B, on file in the city offices and hereby designated as a fire lane. As used in this section, the term "fire lane" shall mean a travel lane for firefighting equipment. There shall be no standing or parking of any motor vehicle at any time upon the fire lane so that firefighting equipment can move freely thereon. Any person violating any provision of this section shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00), nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues The vehicles of violators may be towed by or at the direction of the city.
