In the single-family residential districts, it shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. of any day on any street, except for emergency purposes. In all of the districts, it shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle weighing in excess of eight thousand (8,000) pounds on any street for a period of time longer than thirty (30) minutes between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. of any day, except for emergency purposes.
Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than seventy five dollars ($75.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
Any person cited under the provisions of this section not paying the fine within ten (10) days shall face an additional penalty of not less than seventy five dollars ($75.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 0-16-19, 6-13-2016)
