Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. In addition, any person, firm or corporation violating this chapter shall immediately take whatever corrective actions are necessary to come into compliance with this chapter. Chapter 96 is subject to enforcement by the Code Enforcement Board. A violation of this chapter shall be considered a civil offense in accordance with KRS 65.8808.
