The international existing building code, 2015 edition (“existing building code”), is hereby adopted by reference and made part of this section, subject to modifications set forth in section 9-4-2 of this chapter, and shall be applicable to the city. Three (3) copies of the international existing building code are on file in the office of the city clerk for public use and inspection.
