105.03  COUNTY REGISTRATION; WARDS ESTABLISHED.
   (a)    At least three days prior to each regular and special City election the City Clerk shall procure from the office of the Clerk of the County Commission the Municipal registration records necessary for the conduct of the election. Such records shall, within ten days after the date of the election, be returned to the Clerk of the County Commission by the City Clerk.
   (b)    In compliance with Section 67 of the City Charter, as adopted by the voters of the City at the election held on June 3, 1953, and for voting purposes in City elections thereafter, the City is divided into four wards, numbered 1, 2, 3 and 4. The geographical areas of the wards are made, established and described on the official election ward map of the City which shall be on file at the City Municipal Building.
