1771.03 SPECIALIZED PURPOSE; EXCEPTIONS TO BUILDING CODES.

Due to the specialized purpose and emergency nature for which family fallout shelters are designed, any such shelter which complies with this article is hereby exempt from the provisions of the Building Codes of the City, except as otherwise provided herein.
