(a) The term "local jurisdiction" in the State Building Code means the City of Princeton.
(b) The violations enumerated in the State Building Code shall be misdemeanors punishable as specified in Section 101.99 of the Princeton City Code.
(c) Insurance and/or bonds required by the State Building Code for the erection, removal, or maintenance of signs over public property shall be in the form of a six thousand dollar ($6,000) license or bond or a minimum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) in general liability insurance.
(d) The schedule of fees for building permits shall be established and/or amended from time to time by the City.
(e) Pre-existing structures shall mean those buildings, etc., which were in existence prior to the effective date of this article.
(f) The compensation of the third member of any board or survey shall not be more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
(g) Exterior plumbing lines, either water supply or waste disposal, shall be at least thirty- six inches below finished grade. All footings shall have a minimum depth of thirty-six inches unless a solid rock foundation can be established at a lesser depth.
(h) Nothing in the State Building Code shall be construed to affect any suit or proceeding impending in any court, any rights acquired or liability incurred, or any cause or causes of action acquired or existing under any ordinance repealed by this article. Nor shall any just or legal right or remedy or any character be lost, impaired or affected by this article.
