There is hereby created, pursuant to Chapter 8, Article 33 of the Code of West Virginia of 1931, as last amended, a municipal building commission to be known as the Princeton Building Commission (hereafter referred to as the Commission) which shall be a public corporation having perpetual existence and, except as hereinafter expressly limited, shall have all of the power and authority provided in said Article 33 of Chapter 8 of such Code for such a commission.
