1705.05  PERMIT FEES.
   (a)   Fees.  Application for a building permit shall be accompanied by a fee, payable to the City, based upon the estimated cost of the proposed construction as determined by the Building Inspector at the following rates: (Passed 9-10-01.)
 
         Estimated Cost         Fee
         $0 to $499            No charge
         $500 to $1,000         $10.00
         $1,000 to $10,000         $10.00 + $10/M over $1M
         $10,000 to $50,000         $100.00 + $6/M over $10M
         $50,000 to $100,000         $340.00 + $3/M over $50M
         Over $100,000         $490 + $1/M over $100M

   In addition, the following fees are set for other permits/services provided by the City:

         Electrical Inspection         $25.00
         Mobile Home Installation      $50.00
         Moving/Relocate Building      $25.00
         Demolition            $25.00
         Commercial vehicle park in residential
         zone annually            $25.00
         Yard sale permit         $5.00

   (b)   No building permit shall be issued until the fee prescribed therefor shall have been paid; nor shall an amendment to a permit be approved until the additional fee, if any, due to an increase in the estimated cost of the building or structure, shall have been paid.
