A certain document, one copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, designated as the State Fire Code as adopted in West Virginia Code Chapter 29 Article 3, 3A, and 3B Section 5, is hereby adopted as the Fire Prevention Code of the City, for the fire prevention control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of all NFPA codes are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this article with the additions, insertions, deletions, and changes, prescribed in Section 1511.03.
