In all districts, except the C-1 District, off-street parking spaces shall be provided as set forth in the following table, whenever any building is erected or enlarged. Such spaces shall have an area of at least 180 square feet and shall have adequate and well designed ingress and egress, and shall be located on the same lot as the use to which they are accessory or within a radius of 400 feet. (a) Plus one additional space for each 1,000 sq. ft. of floor area.
