The following fees shall be paid at the office of the Zoning Official upon the filing of an application.
(a) Zoning Permits for uses not requiring a public hearing: Ten dollars ($10.00).
(b) Zoning Permits for uses requiring a public hearing: Seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
(c) Occupancy Permit: ($50.00).
(d) Variance or appeal application: Seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
(e) Request for amendment: Five hundred dollars ($500.00).
(f) Certificates of Nonconformance: No fee if application is made within twelve months after the effective date of the Zoning Ordinance. Otherwise, a fee of two dollars ($2.00) shall be paid.
(g) Application for Interpretation of Boundaries: No fee.
