Street signs shall be provided at the intersections of all streets. The type, height, and design shall be approved by the Commission.

Street Pavement:
A. Two and one-half inches of ID-2 surface course placed over a stone base course, both in accordance with the latest specifications of the West Virginia Department of Highways. The thickness of the stone base course shall be ten inches for Arterial Streets, eight inches for Collector Streets and six inches for Local Streets.
Curb Type:
B. Portland cement concrete curb; six inches at the top, eight inches at the bottom and twenty-one inches in height.
Sidewalks:
C. Bag mix concrete sidewalk: four inches in thickness minimum PSI of 2500 placed on four inch cinder or crushed stone base.
