Any person who violates Section 1171.02 at a place or location where signs are located pursuant to Section 1171.05 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of ten dollars ($10.00). Any person who violates Section 1171.05 and/or Section 1171.07 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction be punished by a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300.00). Each time this article is violated shall be considered a separate offense.
