1161.03  INSTALLATION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE.
   The installation, operation and maintenance of any equipment or method to be used for the disposal of food wastes shall comply with the applicable provisions of the Building Codes, the Fire Prevention Code, and all State and City regulations concerning building, housing, plumbing, electricity, smoke abatement, air pollution, safety engineering, health, sanitation and fire prevention.
