(a) Beginning with the month commencing July 1, 1997, the City’s monthly garbage fees shall be billed and collected directly by the City of Princeton.
(b) It shall be the City’s responsibility to collect any garbage collection fee delinquencies that exist at the time the combined billing by the Sanitary Board is terminated so that the Sanitary Board will no longer be responsible for collecting any delinquencies or fees relating to any garbage collection fees as of said date.
(c) The City shall also bill and collect the following:
(1) Any past delinquencies that exist at the time the joint billing by the Sanitary Board is terminated.
(2) Any yearly prepayment for garbage collection fees on behalf of any citizens who choose to pay one annual payment. The designation by the City will be “no charge” on credit balance, which means the citizen has paid the garbage collection fee on an annual basis in advance.
(3) Any collection fees for special garbage services, such as extra pickups, yard debris, etc., and the requests and payment for such special garbage services shall be made directly to the City.
