SEC. 43. QUALIFICATIONS, APPOINTMENT, TERM AND SALARY OF JUDGE.

The Council shall appoint a qualified voter who shall have the title of Police Judge. The Police Judge shall serve at the will and pleasure of the Council, and he shall receive an annual salary as determined by the Council. (Passed 4-10-17.)
