For the purpose of this article, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:
(a) "Ashes" means the residue from the burning of wood, coal, coke or other combustible materials.
(b) "County Health Officer" means the County Health Officer of Mercer County.
(c) "Garbage" means animal and vegetable wastes resulting from the handling, preparation, cooking and consumption of food.
(d) "Refuse" means all solid wastes, except body wastes, including garbage, ashes, street cleanings, dead animals, and solid market and industrial wastes.
(e) "Rubbish" means solid wastes, excluding ashes, consisting of both combustible and noncombustible wastes, such as paper, cardboard, tin cans, yard clippings, wood, glass, bedding, crockery, tree trimmings, dirt, household appliances, furniture, brick or materials resulting from the demolition, alteration or construction of buildings or structures, and similar materials.
(f) "Administrator" refers to the Administrator of Public Works of the City of Princeton.
