925.03 BILLINGS AND DUE DATES; SEWER REVENUE FUND; FREE USE PROHIBITED.

All bills for sewer service shall be rendered monthly and shall be due ten days after mailing. All moneys as collected shall be deposited in the "sewer revenue fund". No free services of the sewer system shall be allowed or permitted.
