921.12  NOTICE OF VIOLATION; TIME LIMIT FOR CORRECTIVE ACTION; PENALTIES.
   (a)    Any person found to be violating any provision of this article, except Section 921.11, shall be served by the Sanitary Board with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
   (b)    Whoever continues any violation of any provision of this article beyond the time limit provided by the Sanitary Board in its written notice in conformity with subsection (a) hereof, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each violation. Each day in which any violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (c)    Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall become liable to the City for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the Sanitary Board by reason of such violation.  (1975 Code Sec. 15-14, 15-15)
