921.07 MAINTENANCE OF PRELIMINARY TREATMENT FACILITIES.

Where preliminary treatment facilities are provided for any waters or wastes, they shall be maintained continuously in satisfactory and effective operation by the owner at his expense. (1975 Code Sec. 15-9)
