921.02 REQUIRED TREATMENT PRIOR TO DISCHARGE.

No person shall discharge to any natural outlet within the City, or in any area under the jurisdiction of the Sanitary Board, any sanitary sewage, industrial wastes or other polluted waters or wastes, except where suitable treatment has been provided in accordance with all pertinent provisions of this chapter.
