767.21 PAYMENT.

All remittance of taxes imposed by this article shall be made to the City Clerk by bank draft, certified check, cashier's check, money order, or certificate of deposit. The City Clerk shall issue his receipt therefor to the taxpayers and the moneys shall be kept and accounted for as provided by law.
