Any business lawfully existing as of the effective date of this article that is in violation hereof shall be deemed a non-conforming use. Such a non-conforming use will be permitted to continue for a period not to exceed two years, unless sooner terminated for any reason whatsoever or voluntarily discontinued for a period of 30 days or more. Such non-conforming uses shall not be increased, enlarged, extended, or altered except that the use may be changed to a conforming use. (Passed 7- 21-97.)
