The City assumes no obligation to provide users of this service any greater degree of Fire and or Police protection other than the early notification frequently made possible by this system. The City further assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the correct and continued operation of these alarm systems, except that the City shall undertake to notify appropriate service personnel if the unit appears to malfunction.
