(a) All permit applicants shall complete an alarm registration form concerning the type of alarm systems to be installed, as well as the location of all protected locations, to the City Clerk, who will forward this information to the respective Chiefs of the Police and Fire Departments as well as the Building Official.
(b) The Chief of Fire, Chief of Police, and the Building Official will review all permit applications and may deny any application for an alarm installation permit, or revoke such permit based on evidence that the applicant is conducting business in the City without a valid business license.
