(a) No person shall keep or permit to be kept any swine, hog, horse, mule, cow or cattle, sheep, goat, goose, duck, turkey, chicken, or other fowl or animal, excepting household pets kept within the confines of an occupied house, home or residence and excepting cats and dogs, within the corporate limits of the City.
(b) Whoever violates any provision of this section shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both. Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
