301.08 BLOCKING OFF STREETS.

(a) No group or person shall block off any street without having obtained a permit to do so from the City Manager. (1975 Code Sec. 19-9)

(b) The permit shall designate the street area to be blocked off. The permit shall be issued without cost except as set forth in Section 301.07(g).
