161.04 MANAGEMENT.

The supervision, management and control of said agency shall be vested in Princeton Memorial Company, a corporation, and the Charter and By-Laws thereof are hereby adopted as a part of this article, as a part of the powers delegated to such Board and as the laws and rules governing such Board, in the following words and figures.
