158.04 OFFICERS.

(a) The Commission shall elect from its membership a chairman, vice chairman, such other officers as it determines to be necessary for the performance of its duties.

(b) The Commission shall hold such meetings and adopt such rules as shall be necessary for the transaction of business. (Passed 10-9-07.)
