149.06 ANNUAL ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING; OFFICERS; MINUTES.

(a) At the first regular meeting of the Planning Commission each fiscal year, the Commission shall elect a president and a vice president, the vice president having the authority to act as president in the absence or disability of the president.

(b) The City Clerk shall be the secretary of the Planning Commission, and shall be responsible for the maintenance of minutes of all Planning Commission meetings.
