149.05  REGULAR AND SPECIAL MEETINGS; QUORUM; VOTING.
   The Planning Commission shall hold at least one regular meeting each month at a day and time to be established by a majority of the voting members of the Planning Commission, provided, however, that all applicable notice requirements shall be complied with.  Special meetings of the Planning Commission may be called by the President or by two members upon written request.  A quorum shall exist when a majority of the members are present, but no action by the Planning Commission shall be official unless authorized by a majority of all members at a regular or special meeting.  (Passed 6-17-96.)
