149.04 VACANCIES; COMPENSATION.

(a) Vacancies in the membership of the Planning Commission shall be filled for the unexpired terms only, and shall be filled in the manner prescribed in Section 149.03.

(b) Members shall serve without compensation, but shall be reimbursed for any expense incurred in the performance of official duties.
