149.02 CREATED; TITLE; POWERS.

There is hereby created a commission for the City which shall be known as the "Princeton Planning Commission, City of Princeton," which shall serve in an advisory capacity to City Council, and shall be vested with certain regulatory powers over developments concerning the public welfare as specified in West Virginia Code Article 8-24.
