The supervision, management and control of the general hospital and related medical facilities which are the subject of this article shall be vested in Princeton Community Hospital Association, Inc.; and the Charter and Bylaws of Princeton Community Hospital Association, Inc., are hereby adopted and incorporated in this article as a part thereof, and the powers therein vested in the Board as hereby ratified and confirmed by City Council. The Charter and Bylaws of Princeton Community Hospital Association, Inc., herein adopted by reference, or true copies thereof, certified by the Mayor, are and shall remain on file in the office of the City Clerk and shall there be available to the public for inspection and use during all regular business hours.
