The Board of Library Directors shall, during January of each year, meet and organize by electing one member as president, one as vice president, one as secretary and one as treasurer, and by electing such other officers as may be necessary. The offices of secretary and treasurer may be combined in one person. All officers shall hold office for one year and shall be eligible for re- election.
