786.07 EFFECTIVE DATE.

The effective date of the article shall be the first day of the calendar quarter that begins one hundred and eighty (180) days after passage of this section and notice has been provided to the Tax Commissioner, which would be July 1, 2017. (Passed 12-12-16.)
