139.04A DEPUTY CHIEF OF POLICE.

The office of Deputy Chief of Police is hereby established. The Deputy Chief of Police shall be the second in command of the Police Department and shall have such duties and responsibilities as placed upon him/her by the Chief of Police. The Deputy Chief of Police shall be appointed by the City Manager. (Passed 4-11-16.)
